Joe Botti has coached the Beach Girls Gold tournament team for 28 years. Joe does not have any daughters of his own. He coaches softball for the love of game. Joe has dedicated himself, and the team, to the educational advancement of young women through athletic development.
Coach Botti has gained a reputation as one of the Nations finest coaches. He has a great eye for natural talent and the expertise to help players perform at their highest levels. He has also made it a priority to showcase these players in front of the premier college programs in the country.
Joe graduated from St. John's University and received his Master's Degree from Brooklyn College. He recently retired from a long career as a teacher in the New York City School System. Joe was Head Softball Coach at Hofstra University, St. Peter's University and Ocean County College.
The Beach Girls also have a fine staff of experienced and knowledgeable assistant coaches. The staff is made up of coaches Larry Brzezinski and Bob Rohlander.
The Team
The Beach Girls roster is made up of players from all over the country. These players are chosen not only for their athletic ability but, also for their grades and college aspirations. The Beach Girls seek out college bound girls with strong grades. Most importantly, however, is the player's attitude and character. These are the hallmarks of the Beach Girl player.
